What this covers

Information we collect
- Wallet data. Public addresses you share via WalletConnect. We read public on-chain activity on ERC20 networks to compute your Diamond Score and to prevent abuse. We never request seed phrases. We never ask for transfer approvals during onboarding.
- Account and social. Email you provide, usernames you choose, public social handles you connect for reputation signals.
- Usage and device. IP address, device and browser info, coarse location, pages viewed, and product events.
- Cookies and local storage. To keep sessions secure, remember settings, and run opt-in analytics.
- Communications. Messages you send to us, support requests, and survey responses.
How we use data
- Identity and safety. Prevent spam, fraud, and sybil attacks.
- Product features. Calculate the Diamond Score, run allowlists, and power invite or points systems.
- Operations. Monitor performance, debug issues, and improve UX.
- Communication. Send important notices about launches or policy updates. Marketing only with consent where required.
- Compliance. Honor legal requests when we are required to do so.
Sharing
- Vendors. Hosting, analytics, and security providers under contract.
- Public blockchains. Interactions you choose to make on-chain are public by design.
- Legal. If required by law, to protect rights or safety, or during a merger or acquisition.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, strict access controls, and read-only WalletConnect flows during onboarding. You control your private keys.
Your choices
- Change cookie settings at any time.
- Disconnect social accounts.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your data where applicable.
- Opt out of non-essential emails.

Our services are for adults. Do not use them if you are under the age of majority in your region.

Eligibility
You are at least the age of majority in your region, not barred from using crypto services in your jurisdiction, and you use the services for yourself or an entity you are authorized to represent.
Wallets and security
You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and devices. We will never ask for seed phrases. We use WalletConnect to verify ownership in a read-only session during onboarding.
What we provide
- Launch participation. Access to sales that use Isochron Auctions and other mechanisms we may add later.
- Diamond and Public tracks. Different terms may apply based on verifiable signals like holding history or contributions.
No advice
Information on our site is for education and product access only. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research.
Risks you accept
Digital assets are volatile. Smart contracts, bridges, and wallets can fail. Markets can be illiquid. You can lose money. You are responsible for understanding fees, gas costs, taxes, and laws in your region.
Prohibited use
No market abuse, wash trading, spoofing, price manipulation, exploit attempts, or any unlawful activity. No bots that bypass access controls. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
Project responsibilities
If you apply as a project you must provide accurate information and honor your published terms, lockups, and milestones. You are responsible for your token, claims, and legal compliance.
Intellectual property
We own our content, brand, and software. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services except where allowed by law.
Disclaimer and limitation
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, U.S. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Middletown,DE, with a single arbitrator, and no class actions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Legal Disclosures and Risks
General disclosures
- We provide software and marketplace access.
- We may earn fees from launches, listings, or trading features. We will publish fee schedules in product.
- The Diamond Score is a heuristic based on public ERC20 history. It is not a credit score. It can change over time as we refine the method.
Token disclosures
- Tokens sold through the platform may have no intrinsic value, may not provide rights, and can lose value.
- Nothing on our site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities or commodities. Access may be limited in some regions based on law. You are responsible for your compliance.
Conflicts and affiliations
We or our affiliates may hold digital assets, participate in sales, or provide market services. Where required we will disclose material conflicts for a specific launch.
Third-party services
Wallet providers, analytics tools, and exchanges are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
